Nicola Dospevski from the painting school of Samokov, Bulgaria in 1871 – 1873. The series of the holy days of Saint Marry the Virgin and the cycle of God follow.
The earliest painted icons at the exhibition were dated as back as in 16 century.

Among the painters of the icons were Christo Dimitrov – the founder of the painting school of Samokov, Bulgaria and Zachary the Monk of 18 century.
There we also the portraits of Neophyte Rilski and the last abbots of the Monastery of Rila.
