An old treasury of coins in Pleven, Bulgaria
An old treasury of 2,343 coins, probably in a clay pot near a water spring, was found near Pleven, Bulgaria on 21 of March 2012.
The archaeologists dated the coins of the time of the Roman Emperors of Komnenós or Comnenus of 1141 A.D. and later and they stayed in the earth for 800 years period of time.
The other treasures founded in Bulgaria were about 800 to 1,000 coins.
So the first owner of the treasure had to be a well-off man.
