The missing Eastern Gate of the seven meters high walls of ancient town of Apollonia Pontica of 7 century B.C. was dug out in Sozopol, Bulgaria on 27 November 2011 for having complete ancient walls
for having complete ancient walls for the tourist project of all season’s tours to Bulgaria.
The local archaeologists claimed these walls were the best preserved and the highest walls of fortification in Bulgaria overpassing those in Veliko Tarnovo, the medieval capital of Bulgaria.
