The Festival of the Roses Kazanlak 2011
The annual Festival of the Roses took place in Kazanlak, Bulgaria on 5 of June 2011. The annual Festival of the Roses has been celebrated since 1903.
The tourists of 30 countries, mostly from Japan, of tours in Bulgaria 2011 visited Kazanlak for the Festival of the Roses.
As usual there were rose blossoms picking ritual of young girls and boys, dressed in traditional colorful old dresses, dances, songs, live music, and the parade with the Queen of the Roses of Kazanlak 2011.
The new attractions for the tourists of tours in Bulgaria 2011 for the Festival of the Roses in Kazanlak were also the Queen of Grace of the France and the First festival of the Rose vine.
The Bulgarian Kazanlak rose for oil, is a special local type of rose that was cultivated from Damascene rose.
The Damascene rose for oil blossoms in Kazanlak Bulgaria only about one week time usually in the end of May and the same beginning of June.
